Candidates should possess Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry,etc and with relevant experience.

Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 21 to 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.07.1973 and later than 30.06.1992 (both dates inclusive) as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxations are applicable as per Govt. the rules.

Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.

IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details:
Candidates who have been declared qualified in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained 114 and above for Gen/ OBC and 109 and above for SC/ ST for Officer Scale-III, 114 and above for Gen and OBC and 106 & above for SC/ ST for Officer Scale-II.
