Age Limit :- Maximum Age Limit Should Be

Manager (Law) :- 30 years

Manager (Accounts) :- 28 year

Educational Qualifications :-

Manager (Law) :- Degree in Law with Commerce/Finance background with an excellent academic background.

Manager (Accounts) :- Chartered Accountant with an excellent academic background.

Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of Group Discussions, Personal Interview depending on the number of applications received. Merely satisfying the eligibility norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for GD/ PI. The Company reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD / Interview after preliminary screening / short-listing with reference to candidates qualifications, suitability, experience, etc. Preference will be given to the candidates having local market understanding.

Eligibility Criteria:- A candidate must be either (i) a Citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India,. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the group discussion / interview conducted by the Company but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the Government of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him.

All candidates those who are applying for these posts must be in possess of LLB Degree with 55% marks from a recognized university. Candidates those who are having work experience will be given preference.

Probation Period:

Selected candidates will remain in probation period for the time of Two years and their confirmation will be subject to Satisfactory Performance.

Pay Scale:

Candidates will be recruited in the pay scale of Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700/- +DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances.

Mode of Selection:

1. First, candidates will be shortlisted by the Bank and after that candidates will be informed through their E-mail ID.

2. After shortlisting the candidates will be called for Personal Interview and Selection will be made on the basis of Merit of performance in Interview.

All candidates of General Category are required to pay the fee of Rs.500/- and Rs.250/- for the candidates of SC/ST. Candidates are required to pay the application fee by Demand Draft in favour of The South Indian Bank Ltd. payable at Thrissur.
