Age Limit:
Candidates those who want to apply for the post of Customer Service Officer (CSO) should not be more than 32 years and age should not be more than 30 years for the post of Customer Service Representative (CSR) as on 30-11-2013. Age relaxation will be given by three years to the candidates those who are already any Bank Employee.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates those who are applying for the post of Customer Service Officer should possess a second class degree/Post Graduate/Double Graduate with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university.
