Age Limit:-

Chief Risk Officer (Head – Risk Management):- under 45 years.
Chief Technology Officer:- Below 45 years.
Chief Operating Officer/GM (Operations):- Between 45 to 50 years.
Head – Human Resources Department:- Between 40 to 45 years.
Head-Wholesale Banking/Corporate Accounts Group:- Below 45 years
Head – Credit Monitoring:- Between 40 to 45 years.
Regional Head:- Below 40 years.
Deputy Chief Financial Officer:- Under 45 years.
Deputy General Manager (Credit):- Under 45 years.
Head Planning & Budgeting:- Between 40 to 45 years.
Head – Audit & Inspection Department:- Between 40 to 45 years
Pay Scale:- Remuneration would be attractive on CTC basis and commensurate with deliverables.

Educational Qualifications:-

Chief Risk Officer (Head – Risk Management):- Post Graduate with CAIIB having at least 20 years banking experience with exposure to Risk Management in Banks for at least 5 years.

Chief Technology Officer:- Graduation in IT with 15 years in Banking experience or Post Graduation in IT with 10 years in Banking experience in the rank of AGM/DGM handling IT Dept./Technology Centre/DR Site Management/New Technology Products. Innovative and development of Techno products to compete with the market. Qualification in CISA/CISM or any certificate specialization in IT with CAIIB shall be preferable.

Chief Operating Officer/GM (Operations):- A Post Graduate professional with strong values and Core experience in Operations, Legal, Technology, Planning and Projects at Corporate level. Candidates with 3 years’ experience in the rank of General Manager/Deputy General Manager may apply.

Head – Human Resources Department:- Post-Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification – BL/LLB. Qualification in Labour Laws will be desirable. Should have at least 10 years rich experience in a Leading Commercial Bank in the rank of AGM/DGM with in operational aspects of Banking especially on all facets of HRD.

Head-Wholesale Banking / Corporate Accounts Group:- Post-Graduation / Graduation with 20 years’ of experience in banking in which 3 years of experience as Chief Manager/Assistant General Manager, with practical experience in Large Corporates/Mid Corporates/Emerging Corporates, Bridge Loans, Syndicated Loans, Infrastructure Loans, Investment Banking, trade & transactional services, foreign exchange and other Value added services. CA/MBA (Finance & Marketing)/CAIIB will be added advantage.

Head–Credit Monitoring:- MBA or Post Graduation with CAIIB preferred. Should have at least 20 years in banking experience of which at least 5 years’ experience as AGM cadre, with exposure to appraisal, assessment of credit proposal, Post sanction formalities, Documentation, Registration, Pre-disbursement credit audit, Life cycle of the loan portfolio, Tracking online SCA/NPA, Handling of recovery measures.

Regional Head –various locations PAN India:- PG or Graduate with CAIIB or CA & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in operations, administrative/compliance and services preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.

Deputy Chief Financial Officer:- CA or Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce, Taxation and Accounts, CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have at least 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, handling finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet.

Deputy General Manager (Credit):- A Graduation/ Post Graduation with CAIIB having at least 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, in credit appraisal, processing, spanning cross section of lending to corporates, Industries, Retail, Priority sector, Forex, syndication of loans, project appraisal Multiple Banking arrangements, Knowledge of geographical market.

Head Planning & Budgeting:- Post Graduate/Graduate with CAIIB should have at least 5 years with practical exposure in the level of CM/AGM in formulating and monitoring the Annual Plan, framing and reviewing the policy of Bank, Developing Business strategy, managing Key Projects, analysis of MIS & Dashboard, knowledge in Banking, Financial, Economic analysis & research.

Head – Audit & Inspection Department:- Post-Graduation or Law qualification and CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have at least 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM, with exposure and practical experience in Audit and should also be served in Credit Department/Branch for at least for a period of 3 years. Legal knowledge is preferable.
